Open to holidaymakers and outside guests alike, it’s the ideal place to share a good meal without leaving the campsite’s verdant setting. Home-cooked meals and local produce to enjoy the Haute-Loire region
At our restaurant in Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille, we give priority to homemade dishes, using carefully selected local produce wherever possible. The menu is simple and authentic, with a dish of the day and a dessert based on seasonal fruit every day, for a variety of pleasures.
A children’s menu is available for younger guests, and a half-board option lets you enjoy your meal without worrying about a thing. Vegetarian options are also available.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 50 people in the dining room, and you can also enjoy a drink on the terrace in the fresh air. Opening hours are fixed: breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., dinner from 7 to 9 p.m. (last order taken). Reservations are recommended for dinner.

Pizzas to eat in or take away
Fancy a quick, gourmet meal? The campsite pizzeria will delight you with its pizzas, to eat in or take away. It’s the ideal solution after a day’s hiking or sightseeing, or when you want to enjoy the evening without the hassle of cooking.
Pick up your order directly at the pizzeria and sit down wherever you like: on the terrace, on your pitch or in your chalet. Payment is by credit card or cash.
Bar with happy hour
The bar at Camping l’Estela is open from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., so you can enjoy a pleasant break from morning coffee to the last drink of the evening.
Twice a week in July and August, enjoy happy hour on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6 pm to 7 pm. An opportunity to enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The bar is also the place to be if you want to follow major sporting events on screen.
Whether you’re looking for an aperitif on the terrace or a cold drink on your return from a walk, the bar remains the campsite’s friendly meeting point.
Theme dinners at Monastier-sur-Gazeille
Every Thursday evening in July and August, the restaurant in Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille comes alive with themed meals at 7:30 pm. These evenings, open to all – holidaymakers and out-of-town visitors alike – are an opportunity to share a festive, gourmet moment in good company. Reservations are essential.
In addition, game nights are held on Tuesday and Saturday evenings: quizzes, blind tests and a good time are on the agenda in a festive family atmosphere. The bar remains open during all events, and evenings end before 11 p.m. to preserve everyone’s peace and quiet.
