On arrival, you’ll be given a map of the campsite, along with tourist brochures and helpful tips on how to make the most of the region. Need information on sightseeing, walks or local markets? The tourist information point at reception is there to guide you. A luggage storage service is also available for walkers on the Stevenson Trail. The staff can assist you in French and English.

Want to relax indoors? The campsite’s common room has a TV area and a selection of board games for young and old. It’s the ideal place to share a game with family or friends on a rainy day. Major sporting events – such as soccer and rugby cup matches – are shown on the big screen. A great opportunity to get together in a friendly atmosphere!
Refreshments by the Gazeille river near the campsite
The l’Estela campsite has direct access to the Gazeille river: it’s just a few steps to the water’s edge. Access is free all day long. The stony, grassy banks offer a natural setting for rest and contemplation. You can also fish here, or simply relax by the water with a good book. Dogs are welcome. A true corner of nature, calm and rejuvenating, just a stone’s throw from your pitch or chalet.
A friendly campsite in Haute-Loire
At the Estela campsite, evenings are all about a friendly atmosphere. Twice a week in July and August, the team organises entertainment for everyone:
- Drinks on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 6 pm, with happy hour until 7 pm!
- Sports events broadcast in the bar during major competitions.
Evenings finish before 10 pm, so that everyone can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the night surrounded by nature.
